  • The Department of Defense Personnel Security Research Center (PERSEREC)
    • njSolutions crafted a report providing information on incorporating a pre-appointment procedure during the military accession process. The report provided process and procedural steps, cost analysis, and rationale for implementation of the concept.
      njSolutions reviewed and prepared a training package for the Automated Continuous Evaluation System.
  • Department of Homeland Security ( Personnel Security Division)
    • njSolutions continues to work with the Personnel Security Division in providing guidance, recommendation and process improvements. We provided a solution package providing recommendations for change including development of a 2-year strategic plan, a communication program with an implementation plan for internal and external communication, updated the home page, implemented an employee and customer satisfaction surveys, provided an "Effective Meeting ToolKit" and a report on email and telephone protocol. We continue to work on performance management and implementation of a performance metrics scorecard.
  • Federal Trade Commssion
    • njSolutions reviewed the current processes and systems of the Personnel Security Unit (PSU). We completed a solution package providing guidance, recommendations, and process improvements. We reviewed their paper process and recommended changes toward a paperless environment incorporating a paperless personnel security system and automated checks incorporating the OPM Agency e-Delivery program. We also created a communication program and provided them with an "Effective Meeting ToolKit" and a report on telephone and email protocols.
  • United States Investigative Services (USIS)
    • Acted as a Subject Matter Expert for USIS in personnel security issues.
