njSolutions a woman owned small business registered in the state of Virginia and in the U.S. Federal Government, Central Contractor Register. We are members of the U.S. Woman Chamber of Commerce and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). We are currently working on getting approved on the GSA Schedule.
njSolutions staff have over 50 years of public service and experience with the federal government and are ready to use their expertise to provide a solution that will meet your needs. Norma Jo Greenlee, CEO, had a very successful 32 years of federal government service. In her final years with the government, she dedicated herself to creating the "Best in Class" Personnel Security Division in the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). During this time she served as the Operations Director, the Deputy Associate Director, and completed her service as the Associate Director. She was involved in “Reinventing Government," in the redesign and implementation of state of the art technology driven systems in the Internal Revenue Service – electronic filing initiatives. She was involved with the U.S. Army in redesigning and fielding a major financial system - moving the Software Development Center – Washington, D.C. to Software Development Center – Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN. She also worked several process-improvement initiatives, fusing innovation and automation where possible.
In the past 2 years, njSolutions wrote a report for the Department of Defense, Personnel Security Research Center "Make a PRE-Enlistment Enter Active Duty Suitability Check a Part of the Accession Process". We are currently working with the Department of Homeland Security, the Headquarters Personnel Security Division to move them toward the status of a best in class organization. We are improving their current work processes and helping to create a well structured business unit. njSolutions complete a contract for the Federal Trade Commission FTC). We reviewed their current Personnel Security Unit and provided them with a solution that will fit their personnel security needs. We also provided to the FTC a communication plan addressing recommendation for the Chief Security Office.
